Nomin is back!

Nomin-Erdene 2014Nomin-Erdene came to in Anna Home in 2012 from the neighbouring village Dashbalbar. No father, but only a mother and a grandmother. In September 2013 her mother took her back home, but this lasted only till February 2014, because Nomin is back in Anna Home. “I lived with my grandmother, far away from school, which meant that I could not go there very well. I had only one meal per day and my grandmother scolded me a lot. I really wanted to live in Anna Home again.”
Nomin is 10 years old now.

Students in Ulaanbaatar

Byambadavaa 2014 UBByambadavaa is studying law. He writes to us: “When I became a student in Ulaanbaatar 8 months ago, that was a major change in my life. A very important change. It is all very different from school. In UB everything has to go fast and has to be ready on time. We are learning up to 13 different subjects on a day. The lessons start at 9 o’clock and go on till 5 in the afternoon. After that I go to the library and to home to do homework and to read books. I try to do everything well and I learn a lot. I made many friends in UB. My dream is to become a good lawyer. I also want to learn English, but so little time is left! Thank you for the support that makes this all possible for me.”
